CRM

Datavision’s CRM contains historical as well as on-the-books information at the guest level and reservation level, extracted from the PMS. The information gives the ability to track past and future guest stay patterns, booking patterns, activities and spending information. Every day, Datavision extracts three main types of information: Guest data (name, address, email address, phone number, etc.) Stay data (booking lead time, length of stay, booking source, room type, market segment, etc.) Spending data (room revenue, spa revenue, golf revenue, etc.) The spending data is obtained by analyzing posted transactions in the PMS, grouped together by revenue buckets. The revenue buckets in the marketing module can either be the same ones set up in the PMS, or the property can set up customized revenue buckets and assign individual transaction codes to each bucket.  The system features an intuitive querying process to quickly extract information out of the data warehouse. Use Datavision to identify guests who fit certain criteria such as,  “Guests from Hong Kong who spent more than $500 in the Spa”, or “Social guests who stayed over Christmas the last 3 years”, or “Guests who stayed at least seven nights and spent a total of $2,500” , etc.  Once a set of guests have been identified, the list can be exported to a third party company for email marketing campaigns, etc.
